Anna Kozak

Anna joined IHSS in 2009 as MSc graduate in Social Sciences, expanding her skills and experience in decontamination while working in Customer Service and Quality Control. Currently, being the Head of QHSE for IHSS, Anna combines the knowledge of the regulations and guidelines related to medical devices with great passion for sharing good practises across the group. As a Lead Auditor for ISO13485, Anna has vast hands-on experience in auditing as well as developing internal auditors and strong focus on identifying areas of improvement and increasing regulatory compliance.

Sam Morton

Sam has worked in the pharmaceutical, medical device and technical services industry for over 20 years, with a strong career heritage in strategic marketing, sales management, and overarching business leadership.

Sam first joined IHSS in 2017 as the Managing Director before taking on wider responsibility for the collective companies for the UK group, including medical consumables and drapes. Sam has further built on this experience through delivering healthcare services and solutions to the NHS and private sector for Hermed UK, part of Fresenius Health Services

Now returning as the Managing Director for IHSS in 2025, Sam will lead the business with passion and drive to make sure that IHSS continues to deliver to the company’s core values, and importantly for our customers and patients.

Tania Stubbs

Tania joined IHSS in April 2021, bringing her experience as a highly engaged customer-focused Sales & Commercial Business Lead, with over 20 years’ experience within the Healthcare & Life Science industries in the UK. Tania’s previous experience has been in a range of organisations from new business start-ups to global corporations covering capital equipment, service and consultancy.

Dean Burand

Dean has worked for IHSS since 1999 after working for several years in the NHS in the field of decontamination.

Since joining IHSS Dean has held several positions from Operational Management, General Management, Quality and Technical Lead for national decontamination projects. He has also worked alongside sister and parent companies in such fields as Hard & Soft FM, diagnostics and imaging, sterile consumables and surgical textiles.

In recent years he has concentrated on the technical and regulatory elements of the business as Technical Director before moving to Director of Decontamination in November 2023.

Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of decontamination from facilities, services, and processes within the organisation, ensuring an efficient and safe decontamination service is provided.

Dean leads a team of professionals in various departments to implement decontamination protocols, maintain compliance with relevant regulations, and continually improve operational procedures.

Dean currently is the Director of Governance and Vice Chairman of the Institute of Decontamination Sciences and will take up the position of National Chairman in November 2025, representing and promoting the IDSc at national and international meetings and events.

Kamlesh Bhachu

Kamlesh joined IHSS in 2019, bringing over 30 years’ experience in Human Resources and Employee Relations to the IHSS HR team. Kamlesh’s previous experience grew from working for giant retailer Tesco Ltd and case manager at the BBC. With a stable knowledge base, Kamlesh has supported her peers in delivering the HR operating model for IHSS Ltd.
