Elliott Lankford

Elliott brings over 25 years of experience as an operational Head of Finance to the IHSS team. Elliott’s previous experience includes an array of manufacturing companies within the FMCG sector, from start-ups to global businesses covering SSL food, Polymers and Food Service, bringing a solid operational financial perspective, ensuring a sound knowledge of the business to drive profitability.

Anna joined IHSS in 2009 as MSc graduate in Social Sciences, expanding her skills and experience in decontamination while working in Customer Service and Quality Control. Currently, being the Head of QHSE for IHSS, Anna combines the knowledge of the regulations and guidelines related to medical devices with great passion for sharing good practises across the group. As a Lead Auditor for ISO13485, Anna has vast hands-on experience in auditing as well as developing internal auditors and strong focus on identifying areas of improvement and increasing regulatory compliance.

Kamlesh joined IHSS in 2019, bringing over 30 years’ experience in Human Resources and Employee Relations to the IHSS HR team. Kamlesh’s previous experience grew from working for giant retailer Tesco Ltd and case manager at the BBC. With a stable knowledge base, Kamlesh has supported her peers in delivering the HR operating model for IHSS Ltd.

Dean has worked for IHSS since 1999 after working for several years in the NHS in decontamination.

Since joining IHSS Dean has held several positions from Operational Management, General Management, Quality and Technical Lead for national decontamination projects.

In recent years he has concentrated on the technical and regulatory elements of the business as Technical Director before moving to Director of Decontamination in November 2023.

Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of decontamination from facilities, services, and processes within the organisation, ensuring an efficient and safe decontamination service is provided.

Dean leads a team of professionals in various departments to implement decontamination protocols, maintain compliance with relevant regulations, and continually improve operational procedures.

Matthew brings over 15 years’ Programme and IT experience from several private healthcare organisations, delivering solutions and services primarily to the NHS. Moving into programme management, Matthew has delivered multimillion pound projects such as IT Infrastructure upgrades, new ERP implementation and business systems. More recently, managing hospital and building designs, refurbishments and fit outs along with procurements and the creation of new company business units.

Tania joined IHSS in April 2021, bringing her experience as a highly engaged customer-focused Sales & Commercial Business Lead, with over 15 years’ experience within the Healthcare & Life Science industries in the UK. Tania’s previous experience has been in a range of organisations from new business start-ups to global corporations covering capital equipment, service and consultancy.

Gary joined IHSS in 2010 and has worked in a variety of roles across the IHSS business achieving a rounded operational and commercial background. Gary has worked as General Manager, Commercial Director and Operations Director before taking on the Managing Director role in 2019. Gary previously worked for the UK market leader in storage and shipping containers.
