IHSS currently operates out of four purpose-built decontamination facilities which are fully operational 24/7, 365 days a year. All our sites have been equipped with the latest technology and track and trace system by utilising T-DOC ®.
Our facilities across London and Kent have been operational since June 2009. Our London facilities service 18 hospitals across 9 Acute Trusts. Whilst our Kent facilities service 6 Hospitals across 3 Acute Trusts and 2 Primary Care Trusts.
IHSS have significantly expanded its activities through organic growth with employee numbers increasing from 43 staff in 1999, to over 370 staff in 2016 spread across our four facilities.
Our experienced Technical, Quality and Service teams work closely with all our customers in developing and maintaining an open working relationship. IHSS are focused on promoting a partnership that will improve and benefit both Customers and Suppliers through services that:

IHSS have four Sterile Service Facilities in London and Kent, all of which have been designed, built and operated to the highest standards, ensuring our customer’s expectations for patient safety are met.
We are continually improving the standards and efficiency of our sites through the implementation of our Quality Management System in the delivery of our services together with clinical services solutions and infection control and operate Lean Priciples throught the whole business.
Our services are compliant with all National and International quality requirements and as such conform to the requirements of the Medical Devices Directive 93/42 EEC through the application of BS EN ISO 13485: 2012
